MST’s Management Team work together to guide MST’s activities around the world, to provide a stable and productive working environment for all employees and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lloyd Zenari
Chief Executive Officer

Lloyd joined Mine Site Technologies in 1990 after gaining a keen interest in mining during his studies as a civil engineer at UNSW, Sydney. Over the next 20 years he has been involved in all areas of the product development cycle, including Research and Development, sales, production , operation and service of equipment supplied by Mine Site Technologies. Over the past six years as CEO Lloyd’s efforts and responsibilities have included:
- Global expansion of MST, particularly in the USA
- M&A Initiatives
- Strategic R&D initiatives and alliances

 

Christian Fischer
General Manager - Field Operations:  Australia, North America & Africa

Chris joined Mine Site Technologies in 2007, and is now responsible for the field sales, support and project delivery for MST’s Australasian and African Businesses.

Chris is an Electrical Engineer who has spent 20 years in IT in various management and technical sales roles.

 

Craig Holden
Chief Financial Officer

Craig is an experienced finance executive with extensive knowledge of rapidly growing technology companies.

Craig joined MST in 2007 as CFO with additional responsibility for QA Management and processes. Prior to MST Craig built a global IT software and services business both organically and by acquisition, taking this business to a successful IPO. He also spent three years working for one of Australia’s leading Venture Capital firms undertaking investments and exits for the funds. Craig acquired his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW in 1987.

 

Mike Foletti
VP International Business

Mike  joined Mine Site Technologies in 1989 as Technical Sales Manager, involved in the commercialisation, sales and launching of the PED technologies and systems.

He has held other senior management positions across a variety of industries including IT, Telecommunications and Media. Currently he is the VP International Business for Mine Site Technologies which includes responsibility for:
- International Business, Market & Product development
- International Distribution and Partner management

 

Annie Wang
President – MST China

Dr. Annie Wang, President of MST China, joined MST in 2008. She has built MST’s presence in China, managing both sales and product development aspects of MST China with manufacturing facilities in Hangzhou, and a sales in office Beijing.

Annie was born in Beijing, China, though undertaking tertiary studies in the US. She received the Ph.D in Physics, Stevens Institute of technology, New Jersey. Annie is fluently bilingual and bi-cultural, being a US citizen and having lived in US for 17 years. Over the past 15 years Annie has been involved in managing the development and manufacture of specialist electronics for the mining industry, particularly for use in coal mines. Additionally Annie has also set up sales networks and support infrastructure to establish mining markets in China.

 

Chris Snell
Director – Digital Solutions

Chris has been responsible for the strategy, design and development of the digital product range at Mine Site Technologies since 2007.

With a BE (Hons), he has over 15 years of experience in delivering enterprise grade ICT solutions, with 10 years of consulting to Australia’s leading companies before focusing on the successful commercialisation of intelligent, networked embedded systems in the mining industry.

 

 

Andrew Kingham
Executive Director – Supply Chain & ProIMGP1135-sqcurement

Andrew joined the company in 2012 and brings over 20 years experience in managing complex Supply Chain operations.

Andrew has a background in managing Supply Chain to support large project deployments across Asia Pacific as well as developing and implementing strategic solutions for multinational operations.  Prior to MST Andrew held senior Supply Chain roles for hi-tech Telecommunications companies such as Huawei Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent for the Asia Pacific region.

 He is now responsible for Mine Site’s global Supply Chain operations.
