The MP-70 MinePhone allows two-way voice and SMS text messaging throughout the mine from any area covered by an ImPact 802.11 digital Wi-Fi network. Functionality includes Push To Talk (PTT), emergency alarms, and a battery life that can exceed full shift requirements.
